Roasted is operated by Arnie Gasco (entity formalization in progress). These terms govern your use of the Roasted platform at roastedapp.co and any related services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Roasted, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.
Description of Service
Roasted is a coffee discovery and review platform that allows users to review coffee drinks, upload photos, maintain public profiles, earn achievements, and interact with coffee-related content.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Roasted. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Roasted does not permit use by anyone under the age of 18.
Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Content
Users retain ownership of content they submit to Roasted. By submitting reviews, photos, profile information, or other content, users grant Roasted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, modify for formatting purposes, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the platform.
Public Nature of Content
Reviews, usernames, profile information, badges, achievements, and uploaded drink photos may be publicly visible on the platform and accessible to other users and visitors.
Acceptable Use
Users may not submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, obscene, or harmful content. Users may not interfere with the operation of the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in spam or manipulation of reviews.
Verified Reviews
Roasted may use proximity-based location verification to determine whether a review qualifies as a verified review. Roasted does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted reviews or ratings.
Copyright and DMCA
Users may not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Roasted infringes your copyright, please contact us at hello.roastedapp@gmail.com with the details of the alleged infringement and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Partner Program and Business Features
Roasted may offer business owner features, claimed listings, partner programs, premium features, advertising opportunities, analytics, or paid services. Additional terms may apply to such services and will be provided at the time of enrollment.
Intellectual Property
The Roasted name, branding, logos, platform design, graphics, software, and related content are owned by Roasted or its licensors and may not be copied or used without express permission.
Third-Party Content and Services
Roasted may contain links, integrations, or content provided by third parties including mapping, authentication, and infrastructure providers. Roasted is not responsible for third-party services, content, or websites.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Roasted is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roasted shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roasted and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from user content, platform misuse, or violation of these terms.
Termination
Roasted may suspend or terminate accounts or access to the platform at its discretion for violations of these terms or for the protection of the platform and its users.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
Roasted may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
